About Me

Hi, I'm Vanessa Schön, MA, LMFT, a bilingual therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, relationships, and emotional well-being. I provide evidence-based, trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults, teens, and couples, both online and in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person's needs. I integrate EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and other therapeutic approaches to help clients understand patterns, process difficult experiences, develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others, and create meaningful change.
